Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 14 August 2008 that following a transaction on 8 August 2008 Barclays PLC has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 39,710,544 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 6.05% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
