In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p each of SCi Entertainment Group plc in issue as at the date of this notice is 259,893,548 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in SCi Entertainment Group plc is therefore 259,893,548

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SCi Entertainment Group plc, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
