DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its group of companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 12 August 2008, 127,631,669 voting rights in the Company (representing 14.54% of the voting rights in the Company, of which 2.03% is direct and 12.51% indirect).  

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 15% in respect of the total holding (the previous notification being a total holding of 15.41%, of which 2.06% was direct and 13.35% indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was received on

13 August 2008.
