Result of EGM

At today's EGM, Nanette Real Estate Group N.V. ("Nanette" or the "Group") is pleased to report that the following resolutions were passed: 

• Approval of the statutory annual account of the Group for the period ending December 31, 2006; and

• Grant of discharge from liability to the members of the board of management for their conduct in the year 2006; 

• Approval of the distribution of an interim dividend of Euro 0.064 per share (before
  Dutch withholding tax) for the period ended March 31, 2008, with a record date of August 8, 2008 and a payment date of August 18, 2008.
