Director / PDMR Shareholding

Claimar Care Group plc (the 'Company') has today received notification of the following dealings by directors.

John Crabtree, Chairman, who has PDMR status, has today purchased 180,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 11p per ordinary share. 

Accordingly, Mr Crabtree's beneficial interest in the Company has, as a result, increased to 221,667 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.44 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

In addition, Gordon Moore, Non-executive Director, who has PDMR status, has today purchased 90,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 11p per ordinary share. 

Accordingly, Mr Moore's beneficial interest in the Company has, as a result, increased to 117,778 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.24 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
