The Company was informed by Church House Investments Ltd on 15 August 2008, that following the purchase on 15 August 2008 of  350,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Church House Investments Ltd, on behalf of its clients,  is now interested in 950,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents  6.88% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
