Disclosure of Interest in Shares

The Board of Abbeycrest announces that on 15 August 2008, the Company was notified by Peter Gyllenhammar, the 100% shareholder in Förvaltnings AB Bronsstädet and Union Discount Company of London Ltd, that on 14 August 2008, Förvaltnings AB Bronsstädet and Union Discount Company of London Ltd together acquired a total of 155,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary shares"). 

As a result of this transaction, Förvaltnings AB Bronsstädet now holds 2,399,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.38% of the Company's total voting rights and Union Discount Company of London Ltd holds 2,515,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.79% of the Company's total voting rights. 

Peter Gyllenhammar now effectively holds 4,914,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 17.17% of the Company's total voting rights of 28,623,641.
