On 18 August 2008, the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Jacques Vert Plc ("the Company"), the clothing retailer, granted a number of directors the right to acquire Shares as set out below at nil cost under the Jacques Vert Plc Executive Incentive Plan ("the Plan") subject to the Rules of the Plan and the satisfaction of agreed performance conditions.
