Transaction in own shares
Further to the announcement by the Company on 18 August 2008 regarding the cancellation of its share premium account, the Company announces that it has today purchased 1,600,000 ordinary shares of 4p each in the Company at a price of 12.7 pence per share and transferred them into treasury.
Following the above purchase and transfer into treasury, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 35,984,412.
