AEA Technology plc (the "Company")
Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 5,323,019 Ordinary shares of 12 2/9p ("shares") each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
These shares are being issued as part consideration in connection with the Company's acquisition of the Project Performance Corporation ("PPC"), which was announced on 13 June 2008.
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
