Dealings by Director

The Company was informed on 21 August 2008 that, on that day, Tom Kirby (Chairman) acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 170 pence per Ordinary Share.

This acquisition of Ordinary Shares represented approximately 0.32 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights. 

Following this acquisition, Mr Kirby has a beneficial interest in 1,913,009 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.15 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4 (1) (a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
