Pursuant to the acquisition of Apex Philatelics Limited which was announced on 21 August 2008, Noble has issued 54,153 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company. An application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading. Admission of these shares is expected to take place on 28 August 2008.
