Allotment of Shares - deferred consideration

The Company announces that as part of the consideration for the acquisition of International Capital Markets SIM SpA ("ICM"), previously announced on 6 September 2004, the Company is issuing as a final deferred consideration payment a total of 138,671 New Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to the vendors of ICM.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and it is expected that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 28 August 2008.  Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares there are now a total of 42,147,497 issued ordinary shares in the Company.
