Notification of a Conditional Right in Shares for Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

In conformity with section 3.1.2 to 3.1.4 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we notify the market of the following:

Praxis Fiduciaries Ltd, the trustees of the Kingston Communications 2000 Employee Benefit Trust ("the 2000 EBT"), has recently purchased 357,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 38.25p and 27,445 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 39.87p, making a total purchase of 384,945 shares in all.  The Company was notified that the purchase took place on Friday 22 August 2008.  The shares are to be used to satisfy awards under the Company's 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan ("the 2005 LTIP")and 2005 Long Term Reward Scheme ("the 2005 LTRS") both of which vested on 21 June 2008. There are a total of 36 participants in the two plans. The following directors and PDMRs are amongst those potential beneficiaries of the Trust and, under the terms of the LTIP 2005 are likely to receive the following number of shares on 21 June 2009:
