High Rise Capital Management, L.P. does not act as custodian for its clients and therefore the shares are held in the nominee name of the custodian, which is Goldman, Sachs & Co. The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. announced on 6 August 2008 that it would no longer include in its aggregate notifiable position the holding in Brixton plc of Goldman, Sachs & Co., acting as custodian for its customers, because of the custodian exemption in DTR 5.1.3R(2) in relation to those positions.
