The Company announces that, pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1R, two copies of its Annual Review 2008, Annual Report 2008, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2008 and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority. Copies of all the above documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:

The Annual Review 2008, Annual Report 2008 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2008 can also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.sky.com/corporate.

At the Annual General Meeting due to be held on 26 September 2008 at The Cumberland Hotel, Great Cumberland Place, London W1H 7DL, it is proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association. A summary of the proposed changes is set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2008. The revised Articles of Association can be downloaded from the Company's website at www.sky.com/corporate and are available for inspection, during normal business hours on Monday to Friday, at the registered office of the Company and at the offices of Herbert Smith LLP, Exchange House, Primrose Street, London EC2A 2HS up to, and including, the date of the Annual General Meeting. A copy will also be available at The Cumberland Hotel on the morning of the Annual General Meeting from 15 minutes prior to the meeting until its conclusion.
