Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company received notification on 26 August 2008 from David Ross, a director of the Company, that on 26 August he transferred 475,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each (the "Shares") in the Company by way of gift for nil consideration to The David Ross Foundation. 

After such transfer, David Ross holds 178,365,759 shares representing approximately 19.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.
