The board of Forum Energy announces that it received notification on 28 August 2008 that on 27 August 2008, following the acquisition of shares in Forum Energy, Wellington Asset Management Limited now has an interest of 5,414,323 ordinary shares of 10p each in Forum Energy, representing approximately 18.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
