Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 133,255 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange in connection with the third and final tranche of the final consideration for the acquisition of PR Force Public Relations & Press Relations NV and 30% of the issued share capital of B.V. PR Force Nederland on 15 August 2002.

Admission is expected to become effective and trading is expected to commence on 3 September 2008.
