IMI plc currently holds 19,124,700 ordinary shares in Treasury.  

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in IMI plc is 319,761,946.

The above figure (319,761,946) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, IMI plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
