CEPS PLC HOLDING IN COMPANY The Board of CEPS PLC (the "Company") received notification that, as a result of an acquisition of 301,000 ordinary shares in the Company, Rensburg Shepphards Investment Management Limited has an interest in 301,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 3.62 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 8,314,285 ordinary shares of 5p per share.
