Total Voting Rights Update
The GAME Group plc announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has a single class of shares in issue being ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and that there are 346,294,717 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying one vote per Ordinary Share.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company's Ordinary Shares is 346,294,717 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
