CHANGE IN DIRECTOR

Libertas Capital Group plc ("Libertas Capital"), (AIM: LBR), the international financial services firm, announces Henry Okereke has resigned from the board of the Company to pursue other business interests. The Board thanks Henry Okereke for his contribution to the Company and wishes him the best for the future.

Libertas Capital also announces that, as a result of the above, Roger Barlow, already a non-executive director of the Company, will become non-executive Chairman and Jakob Kinde will become Group Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect.
