DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

Purchase of shares

On 5 September 2008, Mark Bodeker, Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director of BIOQUELL PLC ("BIOQUELL" or the "Company"), informed the Company that he had purchased 20,000 BIOQUELL ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 175p per Share. After purchase of these Shares Mr Bodeker holds 34,367 Shares representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's issued Share capital.

On 5 September 2008, Mr Nigel Keen, non-executive Director of BIOQUELL, informed the Company that he had purchased 20,000 Shares at a price of 180p per Share. After purchase of these Shares Mr Keen holds 35,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's issued Share capital.
