Notification of Share Transaction on behalf of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
On 5 September 2008 the Company was advised by the Chairman of the Board, Sir Neville Simms, that he has today bought 20,000 Ordinary shares of £0.50 each in the capital of the Company at a price of 364.50605 pence per share.
Following this notification, Sir Neville Simms holds 180,000 Ordinary shares of £0.50 each in the capital of the Company.
