Update - Block Listing Application
SABMiller plc
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 3,120,474 ordinary shares of US$ 0.10 each in the Company. These shares are being allotted to trade on the London Stock Exchange and will be admitted to the Official List upon allotment pursuant to the Company's obligations under the SABMiller plc Executive Share Purchase Scheme, the SABMiller plc Executive Share Option (No.2) Scheme - UK, the SABMiller plc Approved Share Option Scheme - UK and the SABMiller plc International Scheme. The shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
