COMPLETION OF DISPOSAL OF BONAR FLOORS
The Board of Low & Bonar PLC announces that all the conditions relating to the Disposal of Bonar Floors, which was announced on 28 July 2008, have now been fulfilled or waived. As such, the Disposal Agreement and French Disposal Agreement provide that Completion of the Disposal will take place on 30 September 2008.
