Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on 17 September 2008 that Barry Tal, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, purchased 14,413,551 common shares in the Company without nominal or par value ("Common Shares") (representing approximately 20.4 per cent. of the Company's issued common share capital) at 6 pence per share on 17 September 2008. Following this acquisition, Mr Tal owns 37,704,467 Common Shares (representing approximately 53.4 per cent. of the Company's issued common share capital).
