Axis Intermodal (AIM: AXI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Clive Francis as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 22 September 2008.

Clive joined Axis Intermodal on 4 August 2008 as Managing Director of the Company's Marine Container Division, having previously been CEO of TTL Equipment Management UK Holdings Limited, a European trailer leasing company and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.

For the purposes of paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules, Clive Edmund Francis (aged 49) holds or has held the following directorships and partnerships over the last 5 years:

There is no further information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in relation to Mr Francis.
