The Board of Healthcare Enterprise Group plc (AIM: HCEG), a company engaged in the sale and distribution of patented cleaning and decontamination products and medical devices product development, announces that, pursuant to the notification made on 18 September 2008 and following the placing of 100,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p ("Ordinary Shares"), to institutional and other investors, the Company's total issued share capital comprises 439,099,622 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 439,099,622 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Healthcare Enterprise Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
