National Express Group PLC (‘the Company’) announces that the following options over National Express ordinary 5p shares have been granted to the two Executive directors of the Company on 24th September 2008 (the ‘Awards’). The Awards have been made in accordance with the rules of The National Express Group 2002 Savings Related Shared Option Plan. The exercise price of the options is 922p being the average of the mid-market price for the five days preceding the invitation date, 2nd September 2008, discounted by 10%. The options will normally be exercisable between 1 November 2011 and 30 April 2012.
