Issue of equity under The Minorplanet Share Award Plan

The Company announces that, on 29 September 2008, it issued 41,667 new Ordinary shares of 1p each to its Chief Executive, Terry Donovan, under The Minorplanet Share Award Plan ("the Plan"). This award under the Plan was made in respect of a bonus earned in the year ended 31 August 2008.  

Mr Donovan now holds 927,409 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 2.86% of the issued share capital of the Company.
