30 September 2008 Keller Group plc Transaction in Own Shares

Keller Group plc (`Keller') announces that on 29 September 2008, it purchased 50,000 of its ordinary shares of 10p each (`Shares') at 675 pence per share through Dresdner Kleinwort. All of these Shares will be held as Treasury Shares.

This purchase equates to approximately 0.3 per cent of Keller's current issued share capital excluding Treasury Shares prior to this purchase.

Following the purchase of these Shares, Keller holds 2,239,750 of its Shares in Treasury and has 64,078,485 Shares in issue excluding Treasury Shares.
