Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") has received notification from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe pursuant to DTR5.1.2 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006 ("the Rules") that Cantor Fitzgerald Europe no longer has an interest in 26,896,932 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") of the Company.

The Company has also received notification from Kaupthing Bank  Luxembourg advising that they now hold an interest in 26,896,932 Shares which represents 28.45% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The underlying ownership of the Shares remains unchanged.
