Total Voting Rights

In accordance with its obligations under rule 5.6.1. of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following: 

As at 30 September 2008 the Company's share capital consists of 72,773,296 Ordinary 10p shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary share). Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 72,773,296. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Robert Wiseman Dairies PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
