TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In conformity with the Transparency Directive we would like to notify the market of the following information regarding the total number of voting rights and capital in respect of the shares of the Company which are admitted to trading on AIM:
Minorplanet has issued share capital comprising 32,471,528 Ordinary Shares of 1p with voting rights.
Minorplanet does not hold any shares in treasury.
Minorplanet does not have any other class of share which has voting rights.
Consequently Minorplanet's total number of voting rights is 32,471,528 Ordinary Shares and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Minorplanet, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
