Total voting rights and share capital

For the purposes of the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary shares of £0.001 each of the Company ("shares") in issue as at 30 September 2008 is 504,182,596, with 502,162,596 shares carrying the right to one vote. 

There are 2,020,000 shares held in treasury, which have been repurchased and are awaiting cancellation. 

Therefore the total number of voting rights in RAB Capital plc is 502,162,596.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RAB Capital plc under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
