Peter Duffy - Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
The Company has today received notification from Peter Duffy, Executive Vice President Human Resources, that on 3 October 2008 he exercised options under the BG Group Company Share Option Scheme over 6,006 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of £4.994201 per share, 46,284 ordinary shares at a price of £2.705 per share and 27,710 ordinary shares at a price of £3.4733 per share.
Subsequently 73,994 shares, arising from this exercise, were sold at a price of £8.9609 per share and 6,006 shares sold at a price of £9.01 per share.
Mr Duffy's beneficial interests in the ordinary share capital of BG Group plc remain unchanged at 265,314 shares, representing 0.008% of the shares in issue.
