Rok plc ("the Company")

The Company was advised on 6 October that two directors have purchased shares under the terms of the Company's dividend re-investment plan as follows:

Stephen Pettit - 166 ordinary 2p shares

Ashley Martin - 5,196 ordinary 2p shares

Following these purchases, the revised shareholdings and interests of these directors are as follows:

Stephen Pettit now has a direct holding of 18,259 ordinary 2p shares in the Company, representing less than 0.01% of the issued share capital.

Ashley Martin's holding is now 463,925 ordinary 2p shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.26% of the issued share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards over 488,216 ordinary 2p shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 59,814 ordinary 2p shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan.
