Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings

The Company has been notified that on 3 October 2008 Robert Thompson, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, exercised options and sold 9,800 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 700.59p each. Following this notification his shareholding is 37,980 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.11% of the issued share capital.
