Correction to Notification of Interests in Shares
released on 3 October 2008
In the announcement made on 3 October 2008 relating to options exercised by Peter Duffy, Executive Vice President Human Resources, under the BG Group Company Share Option Scheme, the option price for the option over 46,284 ordinary shares of 10p each was incorrectly stated at £2.705 per share. The correct option price was £3.4733 per share.
All other information contained in the announcement was correct.
