Taylor Nelson Sofres plc (TNS) has received notification from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, confirming a change to a notifiable interest in the voting rights associated to the share capital of TNS.

The notification states that Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited now has a direct interest in the voting rights associated to 41,083,019 ordinary 5p shares in the capital of TNS. This interest constitutes 9.84% of the current voting rights.
