Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 8 October 2008, the following ordinary shares (1,763) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Global Stock Profit Plan:

1,763 Ordinary shares at £13.71 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 12,623,665 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 709,744,847.
