Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that pursuant to the authority granted by its Board at a meeting held on September 9th 2008 Visual Defence purchased 3,850,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") (representing approximately 5.45% per cent. of the Common Shares in issue) on October 9 2008 at a price of 7.5 pence per Common Share for cancellation.

Following the purchase and cancellation of such Common Shares, the number of Common Shares in issue is 66,796,095.
