Misys plc announces that, following the admission today of 42,857,143 Ordinary shares of 1p each to the Official List, as at 10 October 2008 its capital consists of 594,584,179 Ordinary shares of 1p each, with one voting right per share. Misys plc held 47,761,836 ordinary shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Misys plc was 546,822,343.

The above figure (546,822,343) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Misys plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
