DIRECTOR'S DEALING

Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited ("the Company") (ASX: CFE, AIM: CLIO) announces that it was notified on 10 October 2008 that Mr Timothy Paul Turner, a non-executive Director of the Company, bought 250,000 ordinary shares on 10 October 2008 for the total consideration of A$100,152.79.  

Following the above acquisition, Mr Turner's beneficial interest in the Company is 850,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17% of the issued share capital. Mr Turner's interest includes 830,000 ordinary shares held by Timmarin Holdings Pty Ltd, on behalf of the Timothy Paul Turner Family Trust and 10,000 held by Mrs Marianne Turner, Mr Turner's spouse
