Autologic Holdings plc ("the Company")

The Company has received the following notification, which is an extract from the letter of notification to the Company:

"Disclosure of Interest in Shares pursuant to DTR Rule 5.3

Guinness Peat Group plc and its subsidiary companies ("the Group") hereby notify Autologic Holdings plc ("Autologic") that, following the acquisition on 8 October 2008 of 1,240,293 ordinary shares ("Shares") in Autologic, the Group's interest in the Shares now amounts to 14,563,620 Shares representing 23.53% of the issued share capital of, and total voting rights in, Autologic.

So far as the Group is aware, no person interested in the Shares is party to any agreement or arrangement relating to the exercise of any rights conferred by holding the Shares subject of this notification."

For clarification, further to the announcement of total voting rights made on 10 October 2008, the interest of Guinness Peat Group plc and its subsidiary companies of 14,563,620 Shares now represents 23.45% of the issued share capital of, and total voting rights in, Autologic.
