Director Shareholding

Climate Exchange plc ("the Company") has been notified that on 13th October 2008 "The Richard and Ellen Sandor Family Foundation", in which Richard Sandor, Chairman of the Company, or his family have a beneficial or legal interest, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares at £6.90 per share.

Richard Sandor now has an interest in 8,550,338 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 20% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company being 47,112,151 Ordinary shares.
