Autologic Holdings plc ("Autologic" or the "Company") Retirement of non-executive Chairman

Further to the announcement on 12 June 2009, in which Mr Reg Heath (non-executive Chairman) indicated his intention to resign from the Board following the interim announcement in September 2009, Mr Heath has been considering further his time commitments and believes that it would be in the Company's best interests for him to stand down with immediate effect. The Company is disappointed but understands why he has made this decision. The Company has retained Mr Heath's services as a consultant until the end of 2009 during which period the Company will continue to benefit from his industry knowledge and experience of many years since the inception of the Company.

As previously stated, an announcement will be made in due course regarding the appointment of Mr Heath's successor.
