Dividend Declaration


Further to my letter of 2nd July in which I advised all shareholders of the administrative error by the mailing house appointed by our Registrars, Capita Registrars, that has caused the AGM to be postponed until 20th August 2009. As a result of this the final dividend of 6.15p announced on 21st May 2009 will now be paid on 26th August 2009 provided this is confirmed by the shareholders at the rescheduled AGM on 20th August 2009.  


The shares remain ex dividend, with the record date remaining as 12 June 2009 


The Board much regrets this delay and any inconvenience it may have caused to our shareholders.
